Welcome to BuyAIinfluencers.com, a brand owned and operated by TechOrganics LLC, a company based in California, USA. By accessing or using our website (www.buyaiinfluencers.com) and purchasing our digital products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website

1. Products
TechOrganics LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our”) sells and delivers unique digital products, including but not limited to AI models (LoRA files), image content packs, prompts, and related digital assets (collectively, the “Products”). Each Product is delivered digitally via a download link. For all Orders, delivery is deemed complete when the download link is emailed to the Customer. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check spam or junk folders.


2. Ownership & License

Ownership Granted: Upon purchase, the Customer receives 100% ownership rights to the LoRA, image content pack, and prompts associated with their AI Influencer. Customers may freely monetize content created with their LoRA and associated materials.

Transferability: Ownership rights are transferable, provided that:

The Customer notifies the Company in writing (via email to [email protected]) within 24 hours of the sale or transfer; and

The transfer immediately releases the Company from all liabilities or obligations relating to the Product, including but not limited to refund eligibility.

Restrictions: Customers may not:

Mass resell, distribute, or make copies of the LoRA, image content pack, or prompts to multiple third parties;

Use the Products for illegal purposes; or

Violate any local, state, or federal laws. Any unlawful use constitutes a breach of these Terms.


3. User Conduct
Customers agree to:

Use the Products only in lawful ways, including creating, publishing, and monetizing social media content.

Do not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract training data from LoRA files.

Keep all accounts public during any guarantee or refund period (as described in Section 4).

Acknowledge that any illegal, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited conduct while using the Products will be treated as a violation of these Terms.

4. Refund Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee

TechOrganics LLC (“Company”) offers a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for purchases made on BuyAIInfluencers.com, subject to the following conditions. This policy replaces and supersedes any previous refund language.


4.1 Eligibility

To qualify for a refund under the Satisfaction Guarantee, the Buyer (“Customer”) must comply with all requirements outlined in this Section. Failure to meet any requirement will render the Guarantee void. Adherence to all requirements is mandatory. No exceptions will be made.

Customer must operate, at a minimum, one Instagram Professional or Creator account and at least one additional account on either Facebook, TikTok or YouTube Shorts.

The Company highly recommends that Customers create backup accounts for every primary social media account they operate. This is not required for refund eligibility but is strongly advised for continuity.


4.2 Platform & First Post Requirements

Instagram Requirement: Customer must operate an Instagram Professional or Creator account.

Secondary Platform Requirement: Customer must operate at least one additional account on either Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.

First Post Requirement:

Customer must publish at least two original posts (using the provided Content Pack or LoRA outputs) within 24 hours of purchase (or within 24 hours of delivery for Custom Offers).

The first Instagram post must tag @buy_ai_influencers_com_.


4.3 Posting & Engagement Requirements

Posting Frequency: Customer must publish a minimum of two (2) original posts per calendar day on each required platform (Instagram + FB, TikTok/YouTube Shorts) until the refund is approved in writing (via email or DM).

Minimum Posting Period: Customer must maintain this posting schedule for at least 60 consecutive calendar days (measured from the first post) before a refund request may be submitted.

Daily unique Content Creation: A minimum of 1 talking video and 1 static image of the Customer's Lora. Each piece of content must prominently feature the Buyer’s LoRA. Other characters may be included, but the LoRA must appear in all images or videos.

Content Limits: During the first 60 days of use, no more than five (5) reposts are permitted.

Engagement: Customer must engage with their audience at least three (3) times per week, including:

Responding to and liking comments, replying to DMs, and proactive outreach within their niche.

Account Visibility: All required accounts must remain public at all times until a refund is approved in writing. Hidden, private, or deleted posts will not count toward compliance.


4.4 Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund, the Customer must complete all of the following steps between the 60th and 90th days (no refunds will be granted beyond 90 days):

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: “REFUND REQUEST.”

Send a direct message (DM) to @buy_ai_influencers_com_ on Instagram notifying the Company of the refund request.

Provide a written explanation of why the Customer is unsatisfied and requesting a refund.

Upload all files received in the order and all content created and posted during the ownership period (including LoRA outputs, images, videos, prompts, etc.) to a cloud service (Google Drive, Dropbox, or equivalent), and provide the Company with full access.

Continue posting and engaging as defined herein until the refund is approved in writing. Submitting a refund request does not suspend posting obligations.


4.5 File Deletion & License Revocation

Once a refund is approved in writing, the Customer must:

Permanently delete all files received (LoRA, images, prompts, Content Pack, etc.), permanently delete all posts created using the files,

Cease all use of the LoRA, images, and related content.

Upon written approval of a refund, the Customer’s license to use the LoRA, images, prompts, and related content is immediately revoked.


4.6 Copyright Infringement & Remedies

Continued use of the LoRA, images, Content Pack, or any derivative works after a refund is issued constitutes copyright infringement and breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to: File DMCA takedown requests with relevant platforms, Issue cease and desist notices, and pursue claims in small claims court.

The Customer agrees that such unauthorized use will subject them to a reasonable fee not to exceed the maximum amount permitted in small claims court, representing an estimate of damages suffered by the Company due to the unique and non-resellable nature of the products.


4.7 Verification & Enforcement

Compliance with these Terms will be verified by the Company.

Any deviation from these requirements, including missed posts, late posting, private accounts, lack of engagement, or failure to provide required files, will render the Guarantee void.

Adherence to these Terms is required. No exceptions will be made.

5. Delivery of Products

All standard Products are delivered digitally by email with download links immediately after purchase.

Custom Orders will be delivered within four (4) business days after the Customer provides their required input (such as a facial photo selection, whether during a Zoom call or over email).

Delivery is deemed complete when the email containing the download link is sent by the Company. The Customer is solely responsible for monitoring their inbox, spam, or junk folders.


6. Refund Verification & Eligibility

Adherence to the return requirements in Section 4 is mandatory.

Refund eligibility is determined solely by the Company’s verification process.

Failure to meet any requirement — including posting obligations, engagement rules, file return, or license compliance — will result in immediate forfeiture of refund eligibility.


7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechOrganics LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising from the use of the Products. The Customer’s sole remedy for any claim is limited to the refund policy described in Section 4.


8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marin County, California. Customers consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

9. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage users to review these terms periodically.

Disclaimer

The digital products provided and sold by TechOrganics LLC (dba BuyAIInfluencers.com and related entities) are unique AI models (LoRA files), image content packs, prompts, and related assets (collectively, the “Products”). These Products are provided for creative, entertainment, and commercial content creation purposes only.

We make no guarantees or warranties regarding any specific financial, business, or social media results that may be achieved through the use of our Products. Any examples of potential earnings, reach, or audience growth shown in our marketing are illustrative only and do not imply or guarantee any particular outcome. Customers are solely responsible for their use of the Products and for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

By purchasing our Products, you acknowledge and agree that TechOrganics LLC is not liable for any financial losses, reputational damages, or other consequences resulting from your use or misuse of the Products.


Indemnification

By accessing or using our Products, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TechOrganics LLC, its DBAs, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with:

Your use or misuse of the Products,

Any violation of these Terms, or

Any violation of applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the Products.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of these Terms.
